LP140WFH-SPM3 (also known as LP140WFH (SP)(M3)) is a 14.0-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module product launched by LG Display. It features WLED backlighting with an LED driver for backlight control and does not include a touch function. This product operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50°C and has a storage temperature range of -20 to 60°C. Its vibration resistance is rated at 1.0G (9.8 m/s²).

The LP140WFH-SPM3 employs an eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) signal interface with 2 lanes, totaling 30 pins and using a terminal connection. The panel driving voltage is 3.3V (typical).
